Mazoon College conducts specially designed executive development programs for executive trainees, junior, middle and senior level managers of different organizations. Such programs involve extensive study of the client organization, preparation of specific teaching materials and cases towards the development of a customized course design to suit the needs of each organization. The Programs, which are of short as well as long duration, attempt to upgrade the skills of participants and also to help the organization in developing a culture conducive to organizational excellence.
