Strategic Management
The objective of the course is to familiarize students with the basic principles and concepts of strategic management. It examines the formulation and implementation of corporative, business, and functional strategies designed to achieve organizational objectives. This course studies such issues as strategic management process, the nature of competitive advantage, distinctive competencies, value creation, functional and business level strategies, competitive strategies and the industry environment.

Human Computer Interaction (Lect 3.0)
The course deals with research, theory and practice from psychology and other social science disciplines that have implications for the effective design and use of computers in organizations. It introduces students to the psychological issues of software engineering, technology in the workplace, and organizational design.

The course develops specific aspects of electronic commerce and examines current practices and opportunities in electronic commerce. Topics include business models for E-commerce. E-Marketing, E-security, E-payment systems and E-customer relationship management.

The course covers issues related to management research. It provides practice in creative problem-solving in real-life business situations, analytical business writing and public speaking on business-related topics. Group projects require work as a member of a team.
