The course emphasizes both the philosophical foundations of ethical conduct and the practical problems encountered by corporations in modern market economies. It focuses on specific ethical problems that arise in corporations, such as the social responsibilities of business, responsibilities of being truthful in business, problems concerning product, and problems concerning employment and the workplace.
